Job 8 v4 Bildad sees the justice of God, goes straight for the "jugular" and attacks the purity and piety of Job's children, as the cause of his problems.
v8-10 He appeals to the wisdom of generations past to inform Job to somehow get released from their guilt.
Job 28:23. Job understands that its not the wisdom of the ages that matter but the God of the Ages holds the key to wisdom "God understands the way to it and he alone knows where it dwells"
When it comes to our children and using wisdom and understanding, we have our choice of Dr. Spock, Dr Laura, Dr Phil, TV Nanny...
What parenting books are on our shelves, I wonder?
