Psalm 37:31 The law of their God is in their hearts; their feet do not slip.
Isn't it interesting that God will be active in the life of the righteous more than the wicked.
When God refers to the wicked he is not actively working for their ruination, they do it to themselves. It is a natural consequence of not following God's laws.
And God still provides rain and sunshine to both, but maybe He also gives a "heads up" to those with their heads up and focused on HIM!

I like what you said about it raining and shining both on the righteous and the wicked but with the righteous they at least know that God is still looking out for them and will help them through it. ;o) charlotte
